Cultural Consideration
For those of
you who are visiting Nepal for the first time, we recommend cultural
information to help you integrate and feel comfortable:
The dress
code is essential for men and women. Men and women should wear pants instead of
shorts when traveling to Nepal. There are many hot springs, rivers, and lakes
during the walk where swimming is excellent. It is usual for men to go topless
while bathing, but women should not be naked. Women should try to be as modest
as possible in these situations.
Hindus are
concerned about the ritual contamination of food when they touch someone
outside their caste or religion. Therefore, please do not touch any stew, avoid
exposed food, and drink in a container used by others, touch your lips with it.
Do not eat with your left hand, and be sure to give or receive food only with
your right hand.
Shoes are
considered degrading, so keep them on the ground and take them off before
stepping on anything. If you enter a house in Nepal, follow the example of your
host who decides to take off his shoes, but to enter a temple or monastery, you
must remove them entirely. You will pass Buddhist walls, chortens, and stupas
during the trek in Nepal and follow the local traditions; you must give them to
your right. When you visit a monastery or a gompa, it is customary to donate.
The Nepalese Chitwan National Park is located in the flat, jungle-covered plains of southern Nepal, about 96 kilometers from Kathmandu. It's a popular detour for visitors traveling between Kathmandu and Pokhara because, while not the most direct route, it is roughly halfway between the two cities.

Enjoyable
Trip, Professional Service: Kathmandu Chitwan Tour Review: Arianne Marleau,
Farance
In general, the tour was perfect. Our
hotel and transportation were organized without any problems. We stayed in the
standard hotel in Sauraha. The hotel was clean, quiet, and the food was
adequate. Our tour guide was friendly, supportive, and knowledgeable. We were
lucky to see rhinos a few times, and at noon we could see elephants bathing,
which was very exciting.
They offer an excellent and professional
service. During our six-day visit to Kathmandu and the Chitwan tour, we enjoyed
every second of our trip. The package includes visits to historical sites in
Kathmandu, two nights and three days full board in Chitwan National Park Visit.
